JINHAI MEDICAL TECHNOLOGY LTD (the “Company”) (Hong Kong Stock Exchange stock code: 2225), together with its subsidiaries KT&T Group of Companies (collectively the “Group”), is a Singapore-based service provider and mainly provide manpower outsourcing and ancillary services to building and construction contractors in Singapore. We also provide dormitory services, IT services and construction ancillary services which comprise warehousing services, cleaning services and building maintenance works in Singapore.

The Group’s business activities have now expanded beyond from a pure construction resource service provider to an integrated solutions provider from manpower resources to space management.

The Company intends to leverage on the Hong Kong and Singapore presence to expand current businesses as well as venturing into new industries and identify new investment opportunities to improve its business prospects for long term commercial interest of the Company and its shareholders.
